There are many programs and options to support tobacco users in their quest to quit the habit. In Connecticut, Quitline is a one-stop resource for support services and programs to help those who are ready to make a change. Call 1-866-end-habit.

Employee Assistance Program

Employee assistance counseling is available to employees and can be extend to spouses, significant others, and children. EAP can help with many issues including: family/parenting, depression, alcohol & stress.
