Drop the Ball

Summer time Challenge! Feel better, be healthier by fall…

 

Drop the Ball is a weight loss challenge to lose 15 pounds (the average weight of a man’s bowling ball). Did you know that if you are overweight (or obese) that losing as little as 15 pounds has significant health benefits? Join your co-workers in our community effort to drop 15 pounds!

Join as a team (up to 5) or as an individual. No personal information will be shared, but everyone will benefit from the support of teammates & other teams.

Health Screenings

Health screenings including flu shots will be scheduled in the fall at worksites for employees. You can receive free cholesterol, blood sugar & blood pressure readings, schedule a nutrition assessment, and complete your Health Risk Assessment.

Walk Around Connecticut (WACy Walkers)

An 8-week team or individual challenge to walk each week, recording your miles (with your team) to total the equivalent of walking the perimeter of the state. Registration opening soon!
