Regular Meeting

Minutes

I. Attendance: members:  Mary Thatcher, Scott Hasson; staff: Sheila Thompson.   There being no quorum, an informational session was convened.

II. Minutes: Minutes of April 24, 2004 were reviewed.

III. New Business:  None

IV.      Old Business:

a) Membership:  Mary Thatcher’s term of appointment has ended and a replacement member is needed.

b) Transportation Coalition:  No report

c) ADA Corridor:  No report

d) Drive-up Mailbox: Sheila reported that the site has yet to be finalized at the driveway adjacent to the Community Center.

e) Zoning/Building Permits at 213 Stafford Rd. and Eastbrook Mall Movie Theaters:  Review of these permits and recommendations for accessibility compliance were performed by John DeWolf and submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Having completed discussion of all business brought forward, the informational session adjourned at 2:50 PM.

Next regularly scheduled meeting: Sept.27, 2004 at 2:30pm.
