Contractor Bulky Waste

Commercially hauled bulky waste is not accepted at the Mansfield Transfer Station. Commercially hauled bulky, construction and demolition waste can be taken to the Willimantic Waste Paper bulky waste facility, located at 1590 West Main Street in Willimantic. The number is 860.423.4527. The hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday. The facility is located on Route 32 across from BJ's. Please note that recyclables, household trash and hazardous waste materials should not be included in the load.

For building materials that are usable and in good condition, consider contributing them to the ReCONNstruction Center. The ReCONNstruction Center is a non-profit building materials reuse store located in New Britain, Connecticut. All donations are tax deductible.
