Board members shall meet regularly at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the 2nd Monday of each month to hear appeal applications in accordance with the following schedule:

• February 9, 2009
• March 19, 2009
• April 13, 2009
• May 11, 2009
• June 8, 2009
• July 13, 2009
• August 10, 2009
• September 13, 2009
• October 13, 2009 (Conference Room B) ** next business day follows Columbus Holiday

• November 12, 2009
• December 9, 2009
