MANSFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

On January 12, 2005, the Mansfield Zoning Board of Appeals took the following action:

Denied the application of TL Cannon/Applebee’s, 93 Storrs Road, Eastbrook Mall, for a Variance of Art. X, Sec. C.3.h Sign Regulations, Prohibited Signs, for a variance to permit two permanently attached promotional signs on the building façade.
