LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on July 14, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Audrey P. Beck Municipal Building, 4 South Eagleville Road, to hear comments on the following applications:

7:00 PM  -  Robert & Barbara Bostrom, 802 Middle Turnpike, for a Variance of Art. VIII, 

Sec. A. Schedule of Dimensional Requirements for a 27’ variance of the side yard to put a 12’ x 24’ storage shed on the property. 

7:30 PM – Daniel J. Burgess, 187 Hanks Hill Rd, for a Variance of Art. VIII, Sec. B.1.b Special Dimensional Requirements for a 45’ variance of the setback requirement to construct a 30’ x 36’ barn.

8:00 PM – Pat Malek, Windswept Lane, for a Variance of Art. VIII, Sec. A. Schedule of Dimensional Requirements for a 3’ variance in the building height to construct a single-family residence.

At this public hearing, interested parties may appear and written communications may be received.  No information shall be received after the close of the public hearing.  Additional information is available in the Mansfield Town Clerk’s Office.  Dated June 28, 2004.
