TOWN OF MANSFIELD
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

The Mansfield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on May 14, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Audrey P. Beck Municipal Building, 4 South Eagleville Road, to hear comments on the following application:

7:30 P.M. – Norman & Megan Meikle, 98 Depot Rd, for a Variance of Art VIII, Sec B.4,b&c, Exceptions to the Schedule of Dimensional Requirements, to erect a 24’ above ground pool within the required setback lines, 10’ for side yard and 35’ for rear yard.

8:00 P.M. – Ross LJ&G Properties, LLC, South Bedlam Rd (west side), for a Variance of Art VIII, Sec A, Schedule of Dimensional Requirements, to construct a single-family house on a lot having 110.57’ less than the required frontage and 11,130 sq ft less than required lot area.

8:30 P.M. – Becky & Scott Lehmann, 532 Browns Rd, for a Variance of Art VIII, Sec A – Schedule of dimensional requirements, to construct a 14’ x 18’ addition onto an existing residence that will encroach 9’ into the required rear yard.

At this public hearing, interested parties may appear and written communications may be received. No information shall be received after the close of the public hearing. Additional information is available in the Mansfield Town Clerk’s Office. Dated April 24, 2008.
