LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Monday, October 19, 2009, in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4. S. Eagleville Rd., to hear comments on:

7:15 p.m. a Special Permit application for a retail package store on property of Pesaro’s, LLC, located at 153 N. Eagleville Rd.

7:30 p.m. Special Permit renewal request for the use of live music in conjunction with the following restaurants: Huskies, King Hill Rd; Stonewall Tavern, Rt. 32; Ted’s Restaurant, King Hill Rd., and Zenny’s, Rt. 44.

At these Hearings, interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  No information from the applicants or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearings.  Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
