LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Inland Wetland Agency will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 5, 2009 at  7:15 p.m., in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4. S. Eagleville Rd., to hear comments on an application of J.C. Beall and K. Higgins for a single family residence and related site work on property located on the southerly side of Wormwood Hill Rd about 500 feet from the Ashford Town line. 

At this Hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  No information from the applicant or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearing.  Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
