On 9/21/09, the Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission approved with conditions:
- An application of Whispering Glen, LLC. to rezone 10.12 acres of land at 73 Meadowbrook Lane, from Residence 20 to Design Multiple Residence zone classification
- A Special Permit application for a 32-unit condominium housing project and related site work on property of Lakeway Farms L.P., at 73 Meadowbrook La;
