LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 20, 2009 at 7:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Building, 4 S. Eagleville Road, to hear comments on the Special Permit renewal and modification application of K. Green to complete site restoration work and to remove approximately 10,000 cubic yards of additional gravel material for the purpose of expanding agricultural field areas at 1090 Stafford Road.  The proposed new excavation site is on the easterly side of Stafford Road about 1,000 feet north of North Eagleville Road.

At this Hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  No information from the applicants or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearing.  Details are available in the Planning Office.
