- An efficiency unit apartment on J. Watt & A. Welch property, 19 Hillside Circle.
- An expansion to an existing non-conforming residence on Block Properties LLC., 8 Hanks Hill Rd.
- A 3 lot subdivision on Hallock property, Wormwood Hill Rd, 2,000 feet north of Route 89.
