LEGAL NOTICE
The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Monday, May 18, 2009, in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4. S. Eagleville Rd., to hear comments on the following:
- 7:30 p.m. Special Permit application to expand an existing non-conforming residence on property of Block Properties LLC., located at 8 Hanks Hill Rd.
- 7:45 p.m. Special Permit application for a new efficiency unit apartment on property of A & J Ward located at 135 Mansfield Hollow Rd.
At these Hearings, interested persons may be heard and written communications received. No information from the applicant or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearing. Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
