LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 4, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. (or upon completion/continuation of a related Inland Wetland Hearing which starts at 7:15 p.m.)  in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4 S. Eagleville Rd, to hear comments on applications submitted by Whispering Glen, LLC.  to rezone 10.12 acres of land at 73 Meadowbrook Lane, from and Rural Agricultural Residence 20 to Design Multiple Residence zone classification, and obtain a Special Permit to develop a 37-unit condominium housing project.  Application materials, including project mapping, traffic and stormwater drainage studies are available for review at the Planning Office and at www.mansfieldct.org  Information presented at the 7:15 p.m. Inland Wetland Public Hearing will be entered into the record of the Planning and Zoning Commission Hearing.

At this Hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  No information from the applicant or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearing.  Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
