LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Inland Wetland Agency will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 4, 2009 at
7:15 p.m., in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4. S. Eagleville Rd., to hear comments on an application of Whispering Glen, LLC., for a proposed 37-unit condominium housing project and other site work within regulated areas.  The subject 10.12 acre site is located at 73 Meadowbrook Lane.  Application materials, including project mapping, stormwater management plan and Inland Wetland Assessment report are available for review at the Planning Office and at www.mansfieldct.org  Information presented at this hearing will be entered into the record of the Planning and Zoning Commission Hearing which will start immediately following the close/continuation of this hearing.

At this Hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  No information from the applicant or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearing.  Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
