LEGAL NOTICE
The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 16, 2009 at 7:30p.m.in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4. S. Eagleville Rd., to hear comments on the application submitted by Valley View LLC., to delete Article Ten, Section F.3.g.7 of the Zoning Regulations to eliminate a requirement for “service buildings” in mobile home parks.
At this Hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received. No information from the applicant or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearings. Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
