LEGAL NOTICE (Updated 3/2/09 @ 3PM)

The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 2, 2009 at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4 S. Eagleville Rd, to hear comments on the request of S. Clark to subdivide property west of Farrell Rd. and north of Hanks Hill Rd. into 4 lots. 3 of the lots are on Farrell Rd, a Town designated scenic road. The applicant has submitted a 35 day extension of the public hearing period and will be submitting revised plans. The applicant will not be making a presentation on March 2nd. Accordingly, the March 2nd hearing will be continued to April 6th.

At the March 2nd hearing and all continued hearings, interested persons may be heard and written communications received. No information from the applicant or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearings. Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
