TOWN OF MANSFIELD
BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS

In accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes 12-111, theMansfield Board of Assessment Appeals will hold their March meetings at the Audrey P. Beck Building (Town Hall) on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 between 6:30 – 8:30
PM and Saturday, March 7, 2009 between 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM.  The purpose of this meeting is to hear appeals on assessments for the October 1, 2008 Real Estate and Personal Property Grand Lists, as well as the October 1, 2007 Supplemental Motor Vehicle Grand List.  Any taxpayer wishing to file an appeal should contact the Assessor’s Office for an appointment and appeals form at 860-429-3311.

The appeals form must be returned or postmarked no later than February 20, 2009 for your appeal to be heard.
