LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 19, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Building., 4 S. Eagleville Road, to hear comments on a Special Permit application of L.M. and K. Romeo for depositing about 800 cubic yards of fill material for lawn/landscaping purposes on property located at 66 Davis Rd.

At this Hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received. No information from the applicants or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearing. Details are available in the Planning Office.
