LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 5, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. (or upon completion/continuation of a related Inland Wetland Hearing which starts at 7:30 p.m.) in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4. S. Eagleville Rd., to hear comments on the subdivision application of R.F. Crossen Contractors, LLC., a planned 6 lot subdivision on property located on the north side of Storrs Rd. between Baxter and Cedar Swamp Rds. It is important to note that information presented at the 7:30 p.m. Inland Wetland Public Hearing will be entered into the record of the Planning and Zoning Commission Hearing.

At this Hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received. No information from the applicant or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearings. Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
