LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Inland Wetland Agency will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 5, 2008 at 7:30p.m., in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4. S. Eagleville Rd., to hear comments on the license application of R. F. Crossen Contractors, LLC., for a planned 6 lot subdivision, with houses, septic systems, driveways, and other construction within regulated areas. The subject 66 acre site is located on the north side of Storrs Rd. between Baxter and Cedar Swamp Rds. It is important to note that information presented at this hearing will be entered into the record of a Planning and Zoning Commission Hearing which will start immediately following the close/continuation of this hearing.

At this Hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received. No information from the applicant or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearing. Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
