The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 21, 2008 at 8:00 p.m.- (or upon completion/continuation of a related Inland Wetland Hearing which starts at 7:15 p.m.) in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4 S. Eagleville Rd, to hear comments on a resubdivision application of L. LaGuardia, for 9 lots on property with frontage on Dodd and Warrenville Rds. and includes an existing house at 34 Dodd Rd. The proposal includes a new road and open space areas to be deeded to the Town. It is important to note that information presented at the 7:15 p.m. Inland Wetland Public Hearing will be entered into the record of the Planning and Zoning hearing.

At this Hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received. No information from the applicants or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearing. Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
