LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Monday, April 7, 2008 in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4. S. Eagleville Rd., to hear comments on the following:

8:00 p.m. (or upon completion/continuation of a related Inland Wetland Hearing which starts at 7:15 p.m.) subdivision application of the Estate of N.S. Green Sr. for 11 lots on property with frontage on Wormwood Hill and Knowlton Hill Rds. It is important to note that information presented at the 7:15 p.m. Inland Wetland Public Hearing will be entered into the record of the Planning and Zoning Commission Hearing.

8:30 p.m. Special Permit application of G. Scelfo to increase the occupancy of the Thirsty Dog Pub and Grill at 134 N. Eagleville Rd. (College Square Bldgs.) from 151 to 281persons in association with the use of parking on adjacent land of the Univ. of CT.

At these Hearings, interested persons may be heard and written communications received. No information from the applicant or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearings. Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
