LEGAL NOTICE

On 4/7/08 the Mansfield Inland Wetland Agency took the following actions:

1. Approved with conditions an application of ING US Community Living Fund Inc., for installing sanitary sewers and removing septic systems at the Knollwood Apartments located off of S. Eagleville Rd. about 500 feet east of Maple Rd.
2. Approved with conditions an application of M & T Kovarovics for a single family dwelling and related site work on property located east of Daleville Rd. between Rte. 44 and the Willington Town line.
