LEGAL NOTICE

On 9/2/08 the Mansfield Inland Wetland Agency took the following actions:

1. Approved with conditions a 3 lot subdivision on property of Unistar Properties, LLC., located on Stafford and Browns Rds. adjacent to Vinton School.

2. Approved with conditions, additional parking spaces and related site work on property of BT Partners, located at 1768 Storrs Rd.

3. Approved with conditions an addition and restoration of an existing structure on property of Bagwell, located at 504 Chaffeville Rd.

4. Approved with conditions a parking lot expansion and reconstruction on property of St. Marks Episcopal Church, located at 42 N. Eagleville Rd.
