LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Monday, August 4, 2008 in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4. S. Eagleville Rd., to hear comments on the following:

8:00 p.m. (or upon completion/continuation of a related Inland Wetland Hearing which starts at 7:15 p.m.) subdivision application of Unistar Properties, LLC., for 3 lots on property on Stafford and Browns Rds. adjacent to Vinton School. Information presented at the 7:15 p.m. Inland Wetland Public Hearing will be entered into the record of the Planning and Zoning Commission Hearing.

8:30 p.m. Special Permit application of J. Sabo for an efficiency unit apartment at 648 Storrs Rd. (about 500 feet north of Chaffeeville Rd.)

At these Hearings, interested persons may be heard and written communications received. No information from the applicant or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearings. Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
