LEGAL NOTICE

On 8/4/08 the Mansfield Inland Wetland Agency took the following actions:

1. Approved with conditions an 11 lot subdivision, with houses, septic systems, driveways, and other construction within regulated areas on property of Green located on Wormwood Hill and Knowlton Hill Rds. about 2,500 feet north of Gurleyville Rd.

2. Approved with conditions the renewal application of Mansfield Auto Parts, Inc., for a used auto parts business on property located at 214 Stafford Rd.

3. Approved with conditions a single family dwelling and appurtenant site work, on property of Lewis at 541-B Warrenville Rd.
