LEGAL NOTICE

On 7/7/08 the Mansfield Inland Wetland Agency took the following actions:

1. Denied the application of R.F. Crossen Contractors LLC., for a six lot subdivision with houses, septic systems, driveways and other construction within regulated areas. The subject property is located on the north side of Storrs Rd. between Baxter and Cedar Swamp Rds.
2. Approved with conditions a house addition on property of K. Sandall located at 84 Crane Hill Rd.
3. Approved with conditions a deck addition on property of M. Jahnke located at 12 Daleville Rd.
4. Approved with conditions a house addition on property of A. Marcus located at 16 Homestead Dr.
5. Approved with conditions house additions on property of G. and T. Webster located at 54 Fern Rd.
6. Approved with conditions replacement Mobile Homes and related site work on Property of M. Block located at 8-22 Hanks Hill Rd.
