LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Aquifer Protection Agency will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 17, 2007 in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4 S. Eagleville Rd, at 8:00 p.m. to receive comments on the 11/5/07 draft Aquifer Protection Area Regulation revisions.  The revisions implement statutory revisions for processing applications and making referrals to adjoining municipalities pursuant to Public Act 07-85 and incorporate a minor definition clarification recommended by the Department of Environmental Protection.  At this Hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  No information from the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearing.  A copy of the 11/5/07 draft Aquifer Protection Area Regulation revisions is available in the Mansfield Planning and Town Clerks Offices at 4 S. Eagleville Rd., during normal business hours, and may be viewed at Mansfield’s web site http://www.mansfieldct.org/.
