LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield PZC will hold Public Hearings on Monday, October 15, 2007 in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4 S. Eagleville Rd, to hear comments on the following:

8:00 p.m. Special Permit renewal request for the use of live music in conjunction with the following restaurants: Coyote Flaco, Rt. 31; Huskies, King Hill Rd; Stonewall Tavern, Rt. 32; Ted’s Restaurant, King Hill Rd., Tequila Cove, Storrs Rd; and Zenny’s, Rt. 44.

8:15 p.m. Special Permit application of F. and S. Sandberg for an efficiency unit apartment on property located at 300 Woodland Rd.

At these Hearings, interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  No information from the applicants or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearings.  Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
