LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Monday, October 1, 2007, in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4 S. Eagleville Rd, to hear comments on the following:

8:00 p.m.- (or upon completion/continuation of a related Inland Wetland Hearing which starts at 7:15 p.m.) Subdivision application of RAAR Development LLC., for 7 lots on property located west of Separatist Rd, south of North Eagleville Rd. and east of Southwood Rd.  It is important to note that information presented at the 7:15 p.m. Inland Wetland Public Hearing will be entered into the record of the Planning and Zoning hearing.

9:00 p.m.- Special permit application of D. Stepule for an efficiency unit apartment on property of Hunley located at 112 Stafford Rd.

At these Hearings, interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  No information from the applicants or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearing.  Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
