LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Inland Wetland Agency will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 1, 2007 at 7:15p.m., in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4. S. Eagleville Rd., to hear comments on the license application of RAAR Development LLC., for a planned 7 lot subdivision, Arthur’s Pond, which proposes houses, septic systems, driveways, and other construction within regulated inland wetland areas.  The subject 22.4 acre site is located west of Separatist Rd, south of North Eagleville Rd. and east of Southwood Rd.  It is important to note that information presented at this hearing will be entered into the record of a Planning and Zoning Commission Hearing which will start immediately following the close/continuation of this Hearing.

At this Hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  No information from the applicant or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearing.  Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
