LEGAL NOTICE
The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Monday, September 17, 2007, in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4 S. Eagleville Rd, to hear comments on the following:
7:00 p.m.- Drumlin Studios 1, LLC application to rezone from Rural Agricultural Residence–90 zone to Planned Business-3 zone, 14.2 acres of land owned by R. Welsh, located South of Storrs Road about 500 feet west of Timber Dr. and adjacent to the Willards store at 1753 Storrs Road.
8:30 p.m.- (or upon completion/continuation of a related Inland Wetland Hearing which starts at 7:30 p.m.) Three related applications submitted by Ponde Place LLC. The first application would amend the Zoning Regulations to change from 40 to 50 feet the maximum building height in Design Multiple Residence Zones. The second application would rezone 45.9 acres of land located west of Hunting Lodge Rd. and north and east of Northwood Rd. from Rural Agricultural Residence-90 to Design Multiple Residence. The third application seeks Special Permit approval for a multi-family housing development with 3 buildings designed for a total of 600 beds of student housing, 6 multi-family buildings with a total of 18 dwelling units and related site work. Access drives for the proposed housing would be from Hunting Lodge and Northwood Roads. It is important to note that information presented at the 7:30 p.m. Inland Wetland Public Hearing will be entered into the record of the Planning and Zoning hearing.
At these Hearings, interested persons may be heard and written communications received. No information from the applicants or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearing. Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
