The Mansfield Inland Wetland Agency will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 17, 2007 at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Bldg., 4. S. Eagleville Rd., to hear comments on the application of Ponde Place LLC., for a planned multi-family housing development which proposes buildings, driveways, parking areas and other construction within regulated inland wetland areas. The subject 45.9 acre site is located west of Hunting Lodge Rd and north and northeast of Northwood Rd. It is important to note that information presented at this hearing will be entered into the record of a Planning and Zoning Commission Hearing which will start immediately following the close/continuation of this Hearing.
At this Hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received. No information from the applicant or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearing. Additional information is available in the Planning Office.
