LEGAL NOTICE

The Mansfield Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 5, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, A.P. Beck Building., 4 S. Eagleville Road, to hear comments on a Special Permit application of J. Luczak for an efficiency unit to be built with a new single-family home on property of R. Crosby located at 920 Storrs Road (east side of Storrs Rd about 200 feet south of Spring Hill Rd).

 At this Hearing, interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  No information from the applicants or the public shall be received after the close of the Public Hearing.  Details are available in the Planning Office.
