The meeting came to order at 6:05p.m.

II. MINUTES of 9/2/09

The minutes of 9/2/09 were adopted by members present.

Executive session - TOWN MANAGER PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Members present voted in favor of entering into executive session to discuss the Town Manager’s performance review. Paulhus and Haddad were present for the executive session.

V. ADJOURNMENT

Members present voted to leave executive session and the meeting concluded at 6:45 p.m.
