• Have we involved all the right partners?
• Do we know what our baseline is- how much funding do we presently have?
• Have we anticipated all the usable resources, research financing strategies to seek new revenue?

- Members suggest improvements & ways to personalize the newest draft plan

- Members decide on Plan Roll-Out date and type of event
