Called to order at 5:40 by T. Berthelot. Review of minutes of last meeting.

Agenda Overview |
S. Baxter noted that the plan is due at the state level on Tuesday, June 30, 2009. It must be emailed by end of day Tuesday; hard copy must be mailed and bear a June 30 postmark. We can revisit items during implementation.

Any additions, suggestions for ways to personalize the plan should be submitted to L. Grossman ASAP. |

Financing the Plan |
Work on financing the plan was not completed at the May meeting. |
The group completed the second half of financing the plan. (See plan)

Distribution and Roll Out |
Purpose of the roll out event is Make the community aware of the plan. Make partners aware of implementation needs.
A committee is needed to help with roll out planning.
Roll Out will take place at a breakfast meeting either July 22nd or 29th |
The group generated a list of invitees who will receive personalized invitations.
G. Bent, J. Goldman, T. Berthelot and L. Young will assist.
S. Baxter has a caterer lined up. Childcare will be offered.

Mac will meet the first Wednesday in September. |

Governance |
With the submission of the plan, The leadership Work Group’s work is complete and governance of the plan moves to MAC. J. Higham asked that some members of the Leadership Work Group join MAC and assist with the plan implementation. |
