1) Dr. Rostayslav Stepanenko, 981 Storrs Road, Mansfield, Spring Hill Historic District –

Discuss installation of generator.  Also discuss displeasure with sign and number of complaints we have received and continue to receive regarding the appearance of the sign.  Is there something that can be done to change the posts as well as the sign colors to make it more appropriate to its surroundings.  In addition, the issue of changing the siding on the structure without coming before the Commission needs to be addressed.
