Minutes of the Meeting – March 10, 2009

Present:  Nesbitt (chair), Hart, Spak, Plante, Pacholski, Tussing, Hultgren, Girard

The meeting was called to order by Chair Nesbitt at 7:07 PM.

The minutes of the Feb 24^th meeting were approved unanimously on a motion by Plante/Hart.

The power point presentation scheduled for the March 24th meeting with property owners in the Four-Corners area was run-through and critiqued to prepare it for the actual presentation.

The list of questions and answers about the project was received and edited.  Missing answers were assigned to be written prior to the 24th meeting.

The list of 59 property owners was then divided up among members present for contacting them to invite them to the 24th meeting.

Nesbitt discussed the communication the Committee had received from the Town Manager’s office regarding the Town’s 2020 Strategic Plan and his response on behalf of the Committee was edited and approved. 

The next meeting (following the March 24th property owners meeting) was set for April 7^th at 7 PM.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:53 PM.
