PRESENT:    Al Cyr, Charlie Galgowski, Carolyn Stearns, Jim Morrow, Quentin Kessel, Vicky Wetherell, Sue Craig, Ken Feathers, Robert Dahn, Jennifer Kaufman, Greg Padick

 

1.         Al Cyr was acting chairman.

 

2.         Plan of Conservation and Development

            Greg Padick presented the Draft Plan of Conservation and Development.  The Planning and Zoning Commission has the goal of bringing this plan to public hearing by September.  There will be a joint meeting between the Town Council and PZC to approve this draft plan in mid June.  Comments should be forwarded as soon as possible and draft comments received by the end of June are likely to be considered before the draft is finalized.  If this plan is approved at this meeting, then there will be a public hearing on the draft plan after a 65-day waiting period.  Greg answered questions.  The individual committee members agreed to send comments regarding the content to PZC and editorial comments directly to Greg not later than June 27, 2005.
