Order/Roll Call
Ms. Paterson called the
meeting to order at 5:39 p.m.

Meeting
Minutes
The minutes of January 9, 2008 were moved, seconded and approved unanimously.

No one came forward.
4.
Architect’s
Report
Mr. Lawrence distributed an outline for a summary as to where they stand in the project. Completed items in the packet are at the top.
It was noted that Dr. Schimmel, Mr. Baruzzi and Mr. Lawrence attended the PTA meetings at the schools. The turnout was good with a lot of interest shown.
Mr. Lawrence told the Committee the services of the construction manager will be addressed at a later meeting. Mr. Lawrence has been preparing preliminary schematics for additions including sitework. Mr. Barrett discussed each school in greater detail.

Manager Services
Mr. Lawrence stated that three Letters of Intent were
received and interviews will be held next Thursday.

Other
The
retrofit project is still shooting for a summer start date.
