That the Mansfield Public Schools Board of Education approves the minutes of the June 18, 2009 Board meetings.

That the Mansfield Public Schools Board of Education approves the employment of John Hart, Band Director, Mansfield Middle School and Denise Proffer, Special Education Resource teacher at Southeast School and the resignation of Rachel Stevens, Band Director, Mansfield Middle School.
