III. REVIEW OF MINUTES: the minutes of the January 9, 2008 meeting were accepted as written.

V. DISCUSSION/NEW BUSINESS:

A. Review of draft Request for Proposals: the latest draft of the RFP was reviewed by the members present, and approved with minor revisions. We are awaiting review of the RFP from Brecht Associates before releasing it.

B. Schedule visit to a Benchmark facility (February 8): after discussion it was determined that we will only visit one Benchmark facility. The Village at Buckland offers both independent and assisted living services, but was not built by Benchmark. We will visit there on February 8.

C. Tasks and timeline re: next steps: no discussion.

D. “Other”

VI. SCHEDULE FOR NEXT MEETING: starting with our next meeting we will resume meeting on Thursday, February 14, 2008, 9-10:30; location TBD.
