1)     CHECK THE MATS BEFORE USE.

2)     USE SPOTTERS WHEN ATTEMPTING A NEW OR DIFFICULT STUNT.

3)     NEVER PUSH OR PULL SOMEONE IN THE MIDDLE OF A STUNT OR ON THE APPARATUS.

4)     ALWAYS LAND ON YOUR FEET!

5)     USE PROGRESSIONS WHEN LEARNING NEW SKILLS.

6)     STRETCH BEFORE ANY GYMNASTICS MOVEMENTS.

7)     FOLLOW DIRECTIONS: WHEN IT'S OVER, IT'S OVER!!!

8)     NEVER RUN ACROSS THE MATS. ALWAYS WALK AROUND.

9)     STAY OFF THE EQUIPMENT WHEN UNSUPERVISED.

10) KEEP HANDS AWAY FROM MOVING PARTS OF THE APPARATUS.

11) DRESS APPROPRIATELY: NO GUM, NO RUNNING, NO JEWELRY. ALWAYS BRING SHOES TO GYM.

12) NO HORSEPLAY EVER. USE GOOD COMMON SENSE.  BE SAFE AND HAVE FUN LEARNING
