Velocity = Distance/Time. These equations can be rewritten as:

Velocity = Distance Time

Velocity = Final Distance – Initial Distance Final Time – Initial Time

The slope of the line is the velocity of the line. Slope = Rise/Run. The rise (distance) is 10 and the run (time) is 4. The Slope = 10/4 = 2.5 m/s
