Administrative Report –

Jeff Cryan thanked the MMSA for hosting the Board of Education and said they had an impressive visit.  MMS is in the middle of hiring for next year.  There is a decline in enrollment so not as many 5th and 7th grade teachers will be needed.  The only position that will be posted is a one year Social Studies teaching position.  There has been a guidance counselor hired to replace Lydia Myers who will be retiring at the end of this year.  Lydia will be working to transition her into the Counselor position.

A Respect Me Assembly was held and run totally by the students.  Students asked Earl Bidwell to speak.  He asked the students to take responsibility for their school climate.

We have had a few visitors from Thailand.  The 14 year program with Elze Germany will continue with a few changes.  Jeff Cryan will be in China over April Vacation.
