Dear Members of the Mansfield Community:

On Thursday, March 27, 2008, Dr. George Goens, consultant for the Mansfield Board of Education, will conduct a series of focus groups to obtain suggestions on the qualities and characteristics desired in a new superintendent. Town officials, teachers, school administrators, non-certified staff members, and parents, will participate in several of the groups during the week of March 24th. Members of the general public are invited to one of these meetings on Thursday, March 27th at 7:00pm in the Mansfield Middle School Cafeteria.

The Mansfield Board of Education believes that gathering ideas from community members and others into the process is very important and integral to selecting a new superintendent to lead and manage the school district.
