- SD memory Card:
- This is a memory storage device, not unlike a floppy disc or a CD. The only difference is that this media is able to store a lot of information, and the cards are able to be rewritten. Also, SD cards are very small which makes them a very good media for data storage on the PDA. The Palm m130 that is being used by MMS seventh grade students all use SD cards for additional, external memory storage.
- PDA Stylus $3
- The stylus is a device made especially for PDAs. The stylus looks and acts like a pen or pencil, but should never be replaced with either of them. To protect the screen on the PDA, students, and adults should only be using the PDA stylus.
- Screen Protector $1
- This is a simple device that serves a huge role in the protection of the PDA screen. The PDA screen, being one of the most important features of the machine, needs to be treated with care. Using a screen protector allows students to use the stylus on their machine without scratching the actual screen.
